We are a Williamson county law firm serving the entire state of Tennessee with an emphasis on Davidson, Dixon, Marshall, Maury and Rutherford counties in the primary areas of family, juvenile, criminal defense, DUI/DWI, civil litigation and bankruptcy. The hallmark of the Tull Law Firm, PLLC is that while the law can be quite complex – it should not be for the client. We take care of the legal issues and then distill them down to an understandable, yet comprehensive, form intended for you. We want all our clients to be fully informed throughout the process and to this end we will provide you with an early “road map” of how we anticipate the issue(s) will be handled and, at a minimum, a weekly update that includes what has happened during the week and what we anticipate will happen in the weeks to come. In addition to the weekly updates, if you have internet access, you will be able to see your account information and see your documents as they are being developed. We strive for transparency in what we do on your behalf and seek your input throughout the process.

We do not judge how you find yourself in the situation that brings you to a lawyer but rather focus our energy into providing the best legal services possible regardless of whether it is drafting a will or defending you in a criminal matter. Our focus is on protecting your rights and seeking the best outcome possible.

Your initial and subsequent meetings will be with me. I will personally handle all major aspects of your case, communicate with you directly with monthly updates, negotiate with the other side when indicated and appear in court with you. This does not mean that if your matter is overly complex in a specialized area of the law you will be getting substandard representation. In those cases I will either assist you in finding the best attorney to handle your matter or associate with another attorney on selected aspects of your matter. In any event, we seek the most cost effective representation while keeping your best interest as our only concern. However, you remain in charge – if you or I feel I am not the attorney for your matter, you decide how we proceed. We leverage technology to lower our costs and thereby lower your expense. We do not employ a large fixed staff of paralegal and assistants but rather have associations with these types of individuals and by our use of technology they can perform various tasks for you without the large fixed overhead associated with permanent employees. We are located in the Spring Hill/Thompson Station area of Williamson County, Tennessee and practice throughout the state. Due to our location in Middle Tennessee, the majority of our engagements are within this region. However, we have the capability to efficiently work with individuals and companies throughout the United States on Tennessee issues by the use of virtual video and email or by conference calls and facsimile.
