When you are represented by Tull Law Firm I am your attorney. You will not get to court only to find someone you have never met is there to represent you or learn that someone else has drafted your important legal document. From initial interview to the final disposition of your case you will be working directly with me. That is not to say that when it is more efficient and/or economical to use a paralegal or investigator we do not use these specialists. The same is true for complex issues that require the assistance of other professionals and even other attorneys. However, you remain in charge of how we proceed and when we use such assistance.

Education

A word about Nashville School of Law - NSL was founded in 1911 and has since educated thousands of Tennessee's lawyers and judges. It's reputation for graduating accomplished legal professionals is without question. Many of the states finest lawyers and judges are graduates of NSL. Should you every consider going to law school, I hope you will give me a call. I will always have time to help future lawyers as they consider their options and understand the process of becoming a lawyer.

Professional Background

I entered the practice of law much later in life than most. After a 10 year successful career as the Director of Pharmacy of several hospitals, I moved on to healthcare administration; first in the corporate office of a hospital holding company and then for 17 years as the Chief Financial Office of one of the leading drug and alcohol treatment centers in the country. Throughout these years I handled complex business, financial, construction and legal matters and supervised hundreds of managers, supervisors and staff.

When I decided to enter the practice of law it was much more than just another career change; it was a sincere desire to enter another "helping" field and to bring together all the practical knowledge I had gained through my various endeavors and apply it to helping my clients with their legal issues. So when you agree to allow Tull Law Firm to represent you, you get not only a skilled lawyer but also almost 30 years of practical experience outside the legal profession

Family

I am married to Melissa Weathers Tull (former Melissa Weathers of Columbia, Tennessee) who is a Masters Level Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor and owner of Tull Counseling, PLLC in Spring Hill, Tennessee. Together we have three children Jeremy (30), Evan (9) and Shelby (8) and two dogs Charlie and Chelsea. We live in the Spring Hill/Thompson Station area of middle Tennessee.
