Family law is an expansive body of law dealing with many issues. The list above is only a partial list and other areas, such a juvenile law and wills and estates, blend in to the overall category of Family law. Basically Family Law can be thought of as any issue or matter that affects the family unit, be it the immediate family or the extended family.
