Most of the time, we don’t need a third party involved to resolve the dispute. Unfortunately, at times situations arise where the disputants reach an impasse and an uninvolved third party can help resolve the dispute and salvage the parties’ relationship.
Many disputes have a legal component or a legal outcome if resolved one way or another. Issues between neighbors, couples, students and schools, businesses all have the potential for serious consequences that are often unforeseen by the parties to the dispute. The Tull Law Firm's Dispute Resolution section can assist the parties in reaching a solution to the problem while keeping an eye out for the legal pitfalls that might affect the parties.
Many disputes need a third party to assist the parties in finding a solution that both believe is fair and equitable and we are pleased to assist with those engagements. We are not marriage counselors, arbitrators or mediators—each of whom have important roles in resolving disputes—and when they are needed, we willingly refer the parties to those practitioners. Our methods are often less expensive, faster and more informal. In most cases relationships are preserved and things can get back to normal.
In the following pages you will find specific examples of disputes where we find the Tull Law Firm, PLLC can assist parties in resolving their disputes. Please give us a call at 615.953.9070 or contact us by any of the means on our Contact Us page. We look forward to assisting you a dispute resolution or any legal matter.
